Where do you ship from?
Our hub is in Portland, Oregon. We ship nearly all of our orders directly from our Portland warehouse. We can also source just about anything direct from mills and are happy to help you meet your apparel and headwear needs.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We process all orders within 1-2 days. Most orders are received within 3-7 business days.

What is "Standard" shipping?
UPS or FedEx Ground, USPS First Class, and USPS First Class International. We also ship using USPS Priority Mail, FedEx International Economy/Priority, and UPS Worldwide services.

Do you screen print or embroider?
You bet! We can embellish the majority of the "blanks". E-mail or fax your art, logo, or doodle to: custom@blank-apparel.com. Fax your art work to: (503) 653-5914.

What are your minimums?
24 pieces for screen printing and 12 pieces for embroidery. There are no minimums for blank garments, lettering, numbering, personalized or custom individual shirts.

Maximums?
We run jobs in the 60,000-70,000 piece range and handle 14,000 impressions per day. In fact, many of your favorite name brands logos and icons were embroidered or printed on the same equipment!

What is your customer service like?
We will always do our best to service your needs from 1 to 100,000 pieces. We pride ourselves in providing equal, superior service to every customer. Large or small, we'll happily service all!

International orders?
With the growing international free trade movement, many countries are increasing their customs allowances. Australia allows the importation of $1000.00 AUD completely GST and duty free as an example. Our customers find that ordering small or large will often net much cheaper results than domestic markets. We ship daily to more than 30 countries and can handle the majority of international destinations regardless of blank or embellished garments.

Can I get a quote for a large order?
Sure. We offer over 5,000 unique SKU's in a multitude of colors and sizes. Blank Apparel probably offers one of the largest apparel and accessory inventories on the planet.
