Artwork Submission Guidelines & Instructions

General: We can work with most artwork. Art that is not provided using the following guidelines may result in some art charges. Generally, 30 minutes to an hour is all that is required to design, redesign, layout, and format non camera-ready artwork. When submitting your artwork, include your instructions for use (size, garment location, colors). If an exact color match is needed, include a Pantone color number.

For Screenprinting

  • Art files must be saved as ai, pdf, eps, or psd format
  • Fonts in the file must be converted to outlines or include all font files used
  • Colors in file should be saved as custom colors and/or Pantone color codes provided
  • Save file at actual print size
  • Any supporting files should also be submitted
  • Files not following these guidelines could result in poor quality imprints and may have art charges applied

For Digital Printing and Process Screenprinting

  • Art files must be saved as Photoshop eps, tif, gif, or psd format
  • Fonts in the file must be rasterized or include all font files used
  • Save at 300 dpi or higher
  • Save file at actual print size
  • Files not created in 300 dpi or higher may result in a less than satisfactory outcome and may have additional art charges

For Embroidery, Digitizing and Applique

  • Art files must be saved as ai, pdf, psd, or jpg format
  • Fonts in the file must be converted to outlines or include all font files used
  • Colors used should be clearly marked with thread or Pantone number
  • Save file at actual print size or larger
  • Files not following these guidelines may require art charges
